These simple guidelines are designed to help you get the most from your yoga practice. Please review them before attending your session.

Mindful Eating
  • After a heavy meal, wait at least 3 hours before class.
  • After a light meal or snack, wait at least 1 hour.
  • “Consistency will bring constant growth.”
  • “If you think wellness is costly, try illness.”

Dress Comfortably
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows free and easy movement during practice.

Stay Hydrated
Bring your own water bottle so you can sip water before or after class as needed.

Bring Your Own Mat
Please carry your personal yoga mat for better hygiene, grip and comfort.
Avoid Stimulants
Avoid tea, coffee or other stimulants immediately before class for better focus and calmness.

  • Inform us about any existing health conditions or recent surgeries before starting.
  • You may be asked to share a recent photo and your current weight for personalised guidance.
Be Patient
Lasting wellness takes time. Trust the process, listen to your body and stay committed.
Arrive Early
Please join at least 5 minutes before class begins so we can start together peacefully.

  • If you miss a class, you may attend in another batch,
  • provided you inform us at least 1 day in advance.

Monthly Schedule
Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next month. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
