Once a transaction is processed, the amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to other users or other services.

2. Digital Courses & LMS Access

Due to the nature of digital products, access to our online yoga courses, instructional videos, downloadable materials, and LMS content is granted immediately upon successful payment.

  • Because you receive instant access to the intellectual property and educational resources, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Please review the course curriculum, descriptions, and any available preview materials on our website to ensure a course meets your needs before making a purchase.
  • Technical issues on your end (such as internet connectivity issues or device incompatibility) do not qualify for a refund. If you experience technical difficulties accessing our LMS, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Live Sessions, Workshops, and Memberships

  • No Attendance, No Refund: If you register for a live digital workshop, an interactive yoga session, or a physical studio class and fail to attend, you will not be issued a refund or a make-up session.
  • Subscription/Membership Fees: Recurring fees or multi-month packages for yoga memberships cannot be refunded in part or in full, even if you choose to stop attending classes or accessing the platform before your period expires.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Double Payments)

In the rare event that your bank account is debited twice for a single transaction due to a technical payment gateway glitch:

  • Please notify us immediately at yoga@bayogstudio.com with your payment receipt and transaction IDs.
  • Once our team verifies the duplicate charge with our third-party payment processor, the accidental duplicate amount will be reversed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
